My Quick and Easy Nachos

Hello you there reading this post.

So Raul (hubby) gifted the best gift ever for my birthday, the Sony Alpha a6000! So this is what I was thinking I can use this camera to make my own recipe binder book. You know just recipes that I make very often with a few new recipes that we love. But then I thought WHY NOT BLOG IT! So I'm BLOGGING!

I wanted to share my quick and easy go-to nachos for during the week when I really don't want to cook but I need to make something for us to survive.

Ingredients:
1 lb of Ground Beef
Nacho Chips
2 cans of Rico's Gourmet Queso
Bush's Pinto Beans

This is the queso I prefer. This should feed up to family of 4-6 with enough room for second servings.

Now let's get started.

First cook ground beef and add whatever seasoning you prefer. I just add some season-all. Finely chop up the beef.

Next add queso to the beef and 1/2 cup of water to give some consistency to the queso. Side Note: If you feel like it is to thick just add a little water and mix and just keep that going until you have a consistency you prefer.

Then you want to heat up your beans on the side.

Now lay your chips, and top it off with queso and beans.

Easy!

Add toppings as you prefer, I prefer shredded lettuce, tomatoes and jalapenos. But of course you can add whatever you want. This is just the main dish.

This is so easy and my kids love it! Enjoy!
